Ingredients

5 large eggs
3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh)
3/4 cup half and half
6 slices bacon
1 large onion, chopped
Directions
Dice bacon and sautee in a frying pan. Add chopped onions once bacon is browned and cook until onions are soft. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and mix in grated cheese. Drain the fat from the bacon and onions and then add it to the egg mixture. Spray a deep dish pie plate with cooking spray and then pour egg mixture into the plate. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35-40 minutes unitl the top is brown and the mixture is no longer jiggly. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving or serve at room temperature.
