Ingredients

1 cup corn flakes (or corn flake crumbs)
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground allspice
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1.5 lbs chicken breast tenders
1/3 cup all purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
Tips
FYI, putting wire cooling rack on top of baking sheet allows chicken to get crispy on all sides without any flipping.
Suggested dipping sauce, mix together 1/4 cup honey mustard and 1/4 cup bbq sauce.
Directions
Preheat oven to 375
In shallow dish pour in corn flakes and crush with hands, if not using corn flake crumbs. Mix in bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and allspice. Drizzle 3 tbsp oil evenly over the breading, tossing and turning it to mix the oil all through the crumb mixture.
Turn the chicken in flour, eggs, and then the breading mixture. Arrange chicken on nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until crisp and brown all over.
