Introduction

I adapted this recipe from a Green Monster recipe I found on line. I adapted this recipe from a Green Monster recipe I found on line.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 tbsp PB2 powdered peanut butter
    1/2 cup mashed banana
    2 scoops Hy Vee Whey & Soy protein mix
    3 cups of fresh spinach
    Minimum of 8 oz of water - can also add ice or use the banana partially frozen to make it thicker.

Tips

I find this shake to be EXTREMELY filling and have it mid morning or mid afternoon. I find that it has ABSOLUTELY no spinach taste - I only taste peanut butter and banana.


Directions

Place all items in a blender (my blender works best if I start with the liquid). Blend or puree until desired consistency - add more water if desired.
