Ingredients

    2 - 5 oz cans Solid Pack Albacore Tuna in water, drained
    4 T onions, chopped
    1/2 C celery, chopped
    1 C mushrooms, chopped
    2 - 14.5 oz cans Cut Green Beans, drained & rinsed
    1 T cornstarch
    1 C water
    1 T lemon juice
    2 oz fat-free cream cheese
    1/2 C chow mein noodles (optional)

Directions

1. Combine chopped veggies & steam 5 min until tender in covered pan.
2. Add Green beans & cubed cream cheese & steam 5 min until cheese melts.
3. Add drained tuna, lemon juice and cornstarch with remaining water.
4. Stir until thickened.
5. Serve topped with chow mein noodles

Bake uncovered in pre-heated 350F oven 30 min until bubbly.
Remove and top with 1/4 C chow mein noodles.
Enjoy!
