Ingredients

    1.5 c flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp cinnamon
    1 c butter or margarine
    1.5 c brown sugar
    .5 c sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 c oatmeal
    1 c dried cranberries
    .75 to 1 c white chocolate chips

Tips

I like a lot of cinnamon. You can omit or reduce the amount of cinnamon. The amount of chocolate chips depends on how "chippy" you want your cookies; a full cup is too much for me and detracts from the cranberries, but my husband prefers a sweeter cookie.

Directions

Combine flour, baking powder, and cinnamon; set aside. In mixing bowl, beat butter & sugars until fluffy. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well blended. Add flour mixture and stir just until combined. Stir in oats, cranberries, and white morsels. Drop rounded teaspoons 2in apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 12-14 minutes or until eges are golden brown and centers are still soft
