Ingredients

    5 Red Potatoes
    3 TB Olive Oil
    1 TB Garlic Pepper

Directions

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Coat cookie sheet with 1 TB olive oil.
Peel and cut red potatoes into 1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place in plastic bag. Add 2 TB olive oil. Shake until coated. Add garlic pepper. Shake until coated
Spread in even layer on cookie sheet. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes until fork tender.
Makes 4 - approx. 1 cup servings.
