Ingredients

    Crust:
    I box Yellow Cake Mix (reserve 1 cup for topping)
    1 large egg
    1/2 margarine melted(1 stick)
    Filling:
    I can pumpkin puree
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 large eggs
    1.5 tsp cinnamon
    Topping:
    1 cup cake mix
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp margarine

Tips

Could add other spices to filling--nutmeg, cloves, ginger?? Could add some oatmeal to the topping.


Directions

Combine crust ingredients with a spoon and press into bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix filling ingredients with a mixer and pour onto crust. Cut together topping ingredients with two knives or pastry blender until crumbly and sprinkle over filling. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
