    30 grams Jay Robb's Whey Protein Vanilla
    3oz Orange Juice
    2 tablespoon Horizon Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 Medium Banana
    3oz Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Milk
    1/2 Cup Frozen Fruit

Directions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour and serve.

    it has almost 23 grams of sugar. Thats too much! I'm told try to cut out sugar or stay at or below 10 grams. - 1/15/08
