Introduction

This is an easy overnight crockpot recipe. It cooks for about 7 hours--I usually use an outlet timer so that it finishes cooking shortly before I'm ready to eat it.

Ingredients

    3 cups Water
    2 cups Apple Juice
    170 grams dried apples (1 package), chopped
    1/2 cup craisins
    3 tablespoons steel-cut oatmeal
    3 tablespoons cracked wheat
    3 tablespoons uncooked brown rice
    2 tablespoons pearl barley
    2 tablespoons millet
    2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours.
