Ingredients

    2 14.75 oz Canned Salmon
    drained, and I remove "spine" & skin then chop in medium bowl with the can
    1/2 cup diced green pepper
    1/4 cup diced red onion
    3-4 tbl light mayo (I use mayo with virgin olive oil)
    2 slices 35 calorie whole wheat bread/toasted for bread crumbs
    2 medium eggs
    2 tbl chili powder
    1/2 to 1 tsp crushed red pepper
    dash sea salt


Directions

Spray skillet with no stick for each batch/I also spray top of patty
make patties like a burger
only turn over once GENTLY after 1st side browns/a bit crispy
I top with swiss to melt
we usually top with dijon mustard or salsa
eat hot or cold on whole wheat bun with spinich instead of lettuce
