    Canned Tomatoes, 3.5 cup
    Beans, black, 1.875 cup
    Beans, pinto, 1.875 cup
    Beans, red kidney, 1.875 cup
    Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1 cup
    Celery, cooked, 1.5 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Sunflower Oil (oleic), 1 tbsp
    Spices to taste

Directions

Sweat Onion, Celery, and Carrot
Add Garlic
Add other ingredients
Simmer for 1/2 hour, eat.
