Introduction

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 mango, peeled & chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    green & red pepper, chopped
    garlic
    celery (optional)
    carrots (optional)
    1 c. chicken broth
    1TB teriyaki or soy sauce
    1/2 TB curry powder
    1/2 TB balti
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp - 1 tsp each of onion & garlic powder

Directions

Place all veggies in slow cooker. Rinse chicken breasts, layer on top of veggies. Combine broth, teriyaki & seasonings & pour over all. Cook for 4-6 hours on high or longer on low.
