    2.25 lean ground meat (nutritional info based on 1.25 gr turkey, and 1 lb lean beef)
    1 small onion
    2 cloves garlic
    can crushed tomatoes
    24 oz whole wheat pasta
    8 slices provolone
    combine all ingreadiets and top with provolone.
    Can be made in a skillet .


brown meat, boil noodles to al dente. Add remaining ingredients to meat once browned, including noodles, top with provolone. At this point you can let it sit while the cheese melts or put it in the oven to brown the cheese a bit.

    i used a large can diced tomatoes & ground turkey, added chopped mushrooms & my Italian husband says it's a winner!! - 1/13/10
