Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can 12.5 oz Chicken Breast
    1 small Haas Avocado
    2 medium stalks celery
    1/2 cup chopped fresh Parsley
    3 tbsp. cilantro
    4 tblsp. Light Mayonnaise
    2 tblsp. lemon juice

Tips

Serve with spinach leaves and tomato.


Directions

Drain chicken and break up into small pieces in a large bowl. Chop, celery, cilantro, parsley and avocado; add to chicken. Stir in the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste.
