Ingredients

    Egg, fresh, 13 large
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz
    Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage Patty, 6 serving

Directions

Spray Muffin tins with cooking spray. Add onion, sausage, mushroom and cheese evenly to tins. Add fresh ground black pepper to each tin. Blend eggs very well so they will pour easily. Pour into each tin. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 12 Servings - Two Muffins make a great meal
