Ingredients

    1 pkg Singapore Laksa SpicePaste
    125g (1/4 lb) chicken thighs
    125g (1/4 lb) shrimp
    400ml Coconut Milk
    2 tbsp canola oil
    125g (4 oz spaghetti or vermicelli
    125g bean sprouts
    440 ml (2 cups water)

Directions

Cook chicken and shrimp. Shread chicken and set aside with shrimp. Heat oil in suacepan. Add SpicePaste and stir fry until fragrant. Add coconut milk and stock to paster; stir well and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serve piping hot over noodles.
