    3lb stew meat
    28 oz can tomatoes
    2 lbs baby Carrots
    1 cup chopped onions
    1 cup diced Celery
    6 tbsp minute tapioca
    2 tsp salt ( or salt with garlic and herb seasoning)
    1/2 tsp pepper

Tips

Serve over mashed potatoes or sweet potatoes, if desired


Directions

Mix in crockpot, cook 5-6 hours on high on 10-2 hours on low
