Ingredients

    2 Cups Strawberries (frozen)
    1 Cup Blueberries (frozen)
    1 large banana
    2 Cups fresh spinach
    2 Cups 100% Orange Juice (I use Minute Maid w/calcium)
    1 tsp cinnamon

Tips

I make these in batches ahead of time and freeze them to drink on subsequent days (for example, I'll make two batches and freeze all 4 smoothies, taking one out before I go to bed to thaw before breakfast in the morning).
