Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 oz. Whole Grain pasta shells cooked. Rinse in cold water.
    2 cans of Tuna packed in water, drained.
    1 T. dried minced onion (re-hydrated in 2 T. water)
    1 1/3 cup frozen peas cooked for 3 min in microwave
    1/4 t. black pepper
    1/2 c. light Hellman's mayo
    1/2 c. fat free shredded cheese

Directions

Boil pasta and rinse in cold water, Drain cans of tuna and place in tupperware bowl with lid. Combine the two. Place onion in small bowl and add 2 T. of warm water to re-hydrated. While onion is re-hydrating, place frozen peas in a microwave safe bowl with 1/3 cup of water. Cover. Microwave for 3 minutes. Rinse peas in cold water and add to pasta and tuna mixture. Add the shredded cheese. Strain any excess liquid off of onion and add along with black pepper to bowl of pasta/tuna.

Add mayo last and stir thoroughly. Cover and let chill in refrigerator.
