Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - whole grain or multi-grain Tortilla (7 - 8 inches)
    2 tbsp Tomato paste
    1/3 cup - Part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 cup - Cheddar cheese, shredded
    10 or 11 slices - Nitrate-free Pepperoni (About 20 grams)
    Dash - Italian seasoning or oregano

Tips

I use Hormel Natural Choice Nitrate-Free Pepperoni and the mozzarella was string cheese that we pulled into thin strings.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees and lay the tortilla on the cookie sheet. Spread tomato paste and sprinkle a little oregano or Italian seasoning on it. Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and place pepperoni on top. Bake for 7 - 9 minutes, or until everything is nice and melted.

Serving Size: Makes 1 personal pizza
