    1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 TBS Flour
    1 Vegetarian Sausage Patty
    1/3 Cup skim milk
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper (or 2)

Tips

This recipe is about 250 calories, and with the olive oil, loaded with poly / mono unsaturated fats, which is a good thing! I'm a guy on the go so I'll toast whole wheat bread and make a gravy sandwich!


Directions

combine flour and oil and "cook" the flour, about 3 min over medium heat. Add salt and pepper. Crumble sausage patty into mixture. cook another min or so. Add milk and stir continuously. Will thicken when it comes up to the boil/bubble...
