Introduction

A light crunchy but soft textured cookie. A light crunchy but soft textured cookie.

Ingredients

    1c margarine or butter
    1 c sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c flour
    3 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp vanilla
    5 c Corn Flakes (before crushing)

Directions

Set oven to 350 Degrees F. Cream Margarine and sugar. Add egg. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to mixture. Add vanilla. Crush 5 cups corn flakes and add to mixture. Drop by tsp onto greased cookie sheet. Press down with a fork dipped in cold water, as flat as possible. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes
