Ingredients

    4 Chicken Breast tenders
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup
    Golden's Spicy Brown Mustard, 1 tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp

Tips

you really will not be using all of the egg/mustard wash or the bread crumbs, do it is lower in fat and carbs than the recipe says.


Directions

preheat oven to 400

in bowl, mix egg and mustard.
soak chicken breast tenders in egg/mustard mixture

lightly coat chicken with breadcrumbs

heat pan on med-high heat, heat oil. place chicken in hot pan. drop 1 tbsp butter in pieces in pan around chicken. cook until bottom is browning, then turn once, and drop rest of butter in pieces around edges of chicken if you feel it needs some more. cook for a few minutes more on stovetop. then place whole pan in oven for 15 minutes.
