Ingredients

    1/2 Small White Onion (shredded or diced)
    1/8 Cup Soy Sauce
    4 Tbs Butter
    1/2 Cup White Wine (Sauvignon Blanc preferred)
    1 Tbs garlic or 3 cloves chopped
    2 Tbs olive oil
    1/2 a lemon (squeezed)
    1/8 cup shaved mushrooms

Directions

Fry onions in olive oil in small sauce pan till soft
Add butter, wine, garlic, soy sauce, mushrooms, & lemon
Cook for 5 minutes on medium to low heat and serve :)
