Ingredients

    Ingredients (serves 1)
    1 frozen sliced banana
    1 Tablespoon peanut butter
    1/2 cup 0% Vanilla Chobani Greek yogurt
    1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Breeze (or other kind of milk)
    4 cups baby spinach (or more, or less)

Tips

I added a bit of ice cubes too


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Also saw this on pintrest and was happy to see it here already! Surprisingly good! I didn't see any calories for the milk - I used non fat and adding that will up the calories (my calculations were up by about 100 calories. It was yummy! - 7/3/12

    Very Good
    When I add up the calories with these ingredients (because they are what I had on hand): Flat Leaf Spinach, 4 cup; Skim Milk, 1 cup; Banana, fresh, 1 small; Chobani 0% Greek yogurt 4 oz; 1 Tbsp Powdered Peanut butter it was 327 cal and 26g protein. Higher calories, but lots of protein...yum! - 5/7/13
