Ingredients

    1 jar Marinara Sauce
    1 tsp Tony Chachere's lite creole seasoning
    1 pound shrimp (41-50 count) peeled & deveined
    1 can petite diced tomotoes
    1 cup diced onion
    1/2 cup chopped celey
    1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp sugar
    1 tsp Louisianna Hot sauce
    2 tsp Chili powder
    Salt to taste

Tips

Serve over rice.


Directions

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat; add oil Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds Add onions, celery and green pepper and saute 5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add marinara sauce, creole seasoning, tomatoes, sugar, salt, hot sauce and chili powder. Taste for seasoning. Add shrimp and simmer 5 to 8 minutes just until shrimp are done. Don't over cook the shrimp.
