Ingredients

Topping: adapted from 1 Sentence diary
3 tbs oats
1 tbs brown sugar
1 small handful blueberries
Tips
Put as many Blueberries as you like. Stacking layers of dough and blueberry make the slices a little more presentable.
Directions
Toss the topping ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour a loaf pan and set aside.
In a stand mixer, beat brown sugar, egg, egg whites, vanilla extract, applesauce and milk.
In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients including the oats and cinnamon.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well. Batter will be fairly thick. Lastly, gently fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into prepared pan. Sprinkle the topping ingredients over the top. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until top of loaf is firm to touch. Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 5 minutes. Flip out and cool on a wire rack for another 10 minutes.
