Ingredients

16 oz plain yogurt
1 med cucumber ~ 8"
1Tbsp garlic powder
1Tbsp dried dill
1Tbsp olive oil
1Tbsp red wine vinegar
1Tbsp lemon jiuce
Tips
Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving = cooking time.
Directions
Place the yogurt in a tea towel, gather up the edges, place in colander and drain for 2 hours in the sink.
Peel and remove seeds from the cucumber. Puree cumber in blender, place in a tea towel and squeeze to remove the liquid; discard liquid. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to a week.
