Ingredients

    1 box Amy's Kitchen Organic Low Fat Butternut Squash Soup
    1/2 cup Pepitas (spicy pepitas if you can find them)
    1 cup dried/sweetened Cranberries
    8 oz. crumbled low-fat Feta
    Cayenne pepper (to taste)
    Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Put soup, pepitas, cayenne pepper, salt & black pepper in quart pan over med-high heat.
When heated, add cranberries.
Serve in bowls, add feta to each.
