Ingredients

Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large, chopped
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1/2 large, chopped
Beef, top sirloin, 3 piece, cooked, cut into small bite-size pieces (about 1/2 - 1 inch thick)
1.5 cups White Rice (3 cups uncooked)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    3 cups of water

Tips

This is a great way to use leftover meats. I have substituted the sirloin with chicken and pork too.

Directions

Add oil to large suate pan and heat, add sirloin and cook for about 5 minutes. Add vegetables and suate until onion is clear (approx 5 mins), add rice and water, salt and pepper, stir and bring to boil, cover and lower to medium low heat. Cook until water is evaporated, serve.
