Ingredients

    3 c. Coconut Dream (unsweetened) 60 cal/cup
    3 tbsp dry tapioca
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp vailla
    1/3 cup Splenda

Tips

add the vanilla when the mixture is cool.


Directions

combine coconut dream (non-dairy coconut beverage), splenda, egg, tapioca and salt in a pot - leave for 5 minutes. Turn stove to med and bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and wisk for about 10 minutes. Take off of heat and cover. Chill in the fridge and enjoy!
