Ingredients

    1 1/2 pound Baby Red Potatoes (washed)
    1 T Fresh chopped Rosemary
    1 T Olive Oil
    **Optional sprinkle with sea salt

Tips

For a quick clean up use parchment paper instead of spray on your baking sheet


Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Wash and cut your potatoes into wedges. Take a large ziplock bag and place your potatoes inside. Measure out olive oil and throw in bag with potatoes, repeat with rosemary. Zip up bag and shake it around until everything is nicely coated. Pour contents on to a baking sheet and pop in oven for 25 minutes or until done. ***Once done sprinkle with sea salt
