Introduction
NOT a smoothie for those trying to LOSE weight, but if you are trying to GAIN weight!High in calories, fiber, good fats, carbs, protein, and zinc :)

Ingredients

2 medium Bananas
1/4 cup fresh or frozen Pineapple
1 medium Hass Avocado Hass
6 dried Figs
1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds, without salt
1/4 cup Wheat bran
2 Tbs creamy natural peanut butter
Tips
Add some green powders to the mix for extra nutrients! (green barley grass, wheatgrass, alfalfa, dandilion, spirolina, etc.)
Directions
Put all the fruit in your blender (I use a ninja).
Measure out .5 cups of sunflower seeds and then grind them.
Add .25 cups of wheat bran for extra fiber!
Add 2 TBS of Natural Peanut Butter (I use Smuckers Natural).
Add some pure, soft water (reverse osmosis).
Blend until smooth.
Serving Size: 1 Large 3 cup Smoothie
