Ingredients

    1 pound chicken italian sausage
    1 cup chopped onion
    3 minced garlic cloves
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    6 cups FF/reduced sodium chicken broth
    3 medium red potatoes sliced
    1/2 cup FF half and half
    2 cups chopped Kale

Directions

brown sausage and remove from stock pot. Add in onions. garlic, and red pepper flakes. cook until onions are soft. Add in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add in potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Pour in half and half and stir till combined and heated through. Add in kale and cook for 3 minutes.
