Ingredients

    1 large yellow bell pepper
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 bag (9 oz) of baby spinach
    2 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Cut pepper into long strips. Saute peppers in Olive Oil and garlic. Add Spinach stirring until spinach is cooked down. Enjoy!
