Ingredients

Put water in a saucepan with chopped onion and bouillon cube and bring to a boil.
Add chopped cabbage, zucchini, eggplant, can of tomatoes.
Bring to a boil then simmer till vegetables are tender.
Take 3-4 ladles full of soup and purree them in blender and add back to original mixture.
