Ingredients

    Egg whites, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp
    Oats, 1 cup
    Oat Bran, .5 cup
    Figs, dried, 3 fig
    Pears, dried, 1 half
    Apricots, dried, 2 half
    Prunes, dried, 1 prune
    Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .25 cup
    vanilla, 1 tsp
    almond extract, .5 tsp
    truvia, 1.5 packets
    salt, 1/4 tsp
    baking soda, 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon, dash

Directions

chop dried fruit, mix all ingredients together - bake in 8x8 pan for 12 minutes
