Ingredients

    3 large eggs, 1/2 cup diced onion, 1/2 cup low fat cheese, 8 TB of large croutons, 1/4 c skim milk, 2 TB of dehydrated bacon bits

Directions

Mix eggs, milk, diced onion, bacon bits, and cheese in a bowl. Whisk well. Use two small baking dishes. I used disposable tin foil ''mini loaf'' pans that were about 2'' by 5''. Place half of croutons in each pan. Pour mix over croutons. Let sit and soak for 5 minutes. Pre heat oven to 350. Bake for 35-45 minutes until egg is cooked through center. Enjoy!
