    1/2 cup Beans (i used a combination of pinto and black homemade without salt)
    1/2 small Haas avocado
    1 medium size roma tomato
    1 cup water
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1 TBSP louisiana Hot Sauce
    1 TBSP chili powder
    1 TBSP garlic powder
    1 TBSP mexican oregano

Directions

combine all in food process or blender
