Ingredients

    2 Tbsp oilive oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1-1/2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch pieces
    2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 tsp beef boulion granuals
    1/2 cup red wine
    1/2 cup water
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp thyme
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Serve over wide noodles or mashed potates (calories not included)


Directions

Heat oil in large skillet, add beef, garlic and mushrooms and cook until meat is no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
