Ingredients

just under 1 tsp KAL Stevia Pure (or amount to suit your taste)
1/3 cup butter
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup almond flour
3/4 cup coconut flour
3/4 tsp vinegar
almond milk, unsweetened, 9 Tbl or amount to reach desired moisture consistency
3 ripe bananas, mashed
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Mix stevia and melted butter. Add eggs and mix well. Sift in flours and baking soda and stir. Mix milk and vinegar in a separate bowl then add to the flour mixture. MIx well. If more milk is needed, add it now. Fold in mashed bananas. Put in greased, 9x5 loaf pan. Start cooking time at 45 minutes and check to make sure a knife comes out clean.
