Ingredients

    6 ounces cooked Chicken Breast, no skin, (chopped)
    Grapes, 4 seedless
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 strip
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 strip
    Orange pepper, 1 strip
    Mild Banana Peppers in jar, 2
    Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 1 tbsp
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 5 grams
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin
    Nature's Seasoning

Directions

Chop chicken into bite size pieces. Chop all remaining ingredients into tiny pieces (or to your liking) and add mayo. (I use Helman's Light). Sprinkle with Nature's Seasoning.
