    no salt added canned corn
    whole wheat flour
    corn starch
    unsweetened almond milk
    salt
    coconut oil

Tips

You may opt out of using the whole wheat flour... the corn starch and heat are what really thicken the liquid.


Directions

melt coconut oil over medium heat. Whisking constantly, add the following ingredients in the order listed: flour, almond milk, corn starch, corn, and salt. Once all ingredients are combined just let the mixture heat through and cool before adding to a recipe or serve warm as a side dish.
