Ingredients

    1 loaf Apple Cinnamon Bread (loblaw) -250g
    1 C 1% milk
    1 C Natura Vanilla Soy Milk
    1 Egg

Directions

Cut Bread loaf (small cubes) Pour into 8X8 pan. Beat egg and milk together. Pour over the bread. Bake in the oven for 40 min at 350F.
Serve hot or cold.
(not in calculation - with strawberry/blueberry couli and/or maple syrup).
