This is a quick chicken salad using canned chicken breast. This is a quick chicken salad using canned chicken breast.

Ingredients

    Two 10 ounce OR 4 5 ounce cans chicken breast--drained well

    2 hardboiled eggs, chopped

    4 stalks celery--chopped

    1/4 cup minced onion

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    1/2 tsp salt

    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Hardboil the eggs while chopping celery and onion. Drain the chicken breast well. Chop celery and mince onion. Chop up cooled hardboiled eggs. Add all ingredients together. Makes six half cup servings.
