Ingredients

    300 grams chopped kale
200 grams seasoned ground pork/Italian sausage
    1.5 cups cooked white beans
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 chicken broth
    2 cloves garlic
    1.5 tsp balsamic vinegar
    2 medium onions, sliced

Directions

Heat olive oil in a large pan and cook the pork sausage mixture for 3-4 minutes until it starts to brown.

Add the onions and cook another 3-4 minutes so the onions start softening and the pork finishes cooking.

Add the garlic and cook another 1-2 minutes.

Add the kale and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the chicken broth over the top and cover the pan.

Cook 3-4 minutes so that the kale wilts down and then stir everything together. Add the beans and a dash of balsamic. Cook until the beans are warmed through.

Tasty! Carmelize the onions well. We shaved a bit of parmesan over the top which made it even better. - 7/6/12
