    cook 1 cup Quinoa in 2 cups of water

    while warm add diced apple
    zest and juice of i orange
    1/3 cup dried cranberries
    1/3 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoons coconut oil
    1 Tbsp Agave Nectar

    makes 6 servings
