Ingredients

    1 cup chopped, seeded cucumber
    2 cups water
    2/3 - 1 cup raw honey
    1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
    3 cups brewed, cooled green tea

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Puree until smooth. Pass through fine mesh strainer (or tripled cheesecloth). Discard pulp & enjoy liquid over ice.

Serving Size: Makes 1/2 gallon
