Ingredients

    2 whole cardemon pods cut in half
    2-3 slices of ginger root to taste
    1 clove
    1.5 cup water
    2 tea bags
    3/4 c milk heated
    add 3 tsp packed brown sugar to taste.

Tips

This tea helps me to curb my desire for a dessert. It has a sweetness but low in calories. Extra hot makes it last a long time!


Directions

Bring water to boil with spices. Boil for 2 minutes. add tea and steep 3 minutes.

and sugar
strain and enjoy
