Ingredients

    4 eggs
    1T vanilla extract
    1T orange extract
    8-10 slices of 100% whole multi-grain bread
    1 C Almond milk
    coconut oil for pan
    powdered sugar to sprinkle on top(optional)
    blueberries or orange slices to serve with it(optional) or syrup

Directions

mix all wet ingredients together and whisk. heat fry pan with 1t-1T coconut oil other side as they get golden brown. Sprinkle w/powdered sugar and serve with blueberries instead of syrup or apple butter instead of syrup to save calories. This is not low fat or low carb but it does provide a healthy dose of protein, fiber and healthy fats. enjoy
